Reportedly, Turkish group Toscelik has announced to start its new rebar mill cold run last week in Oran, Algeria.
The company has indicated cold tests for the rebar rolling installations are expected to start at the end of this week and the hot start-up will expect to start in early of March this year.
However, the company doesn’t reveal any further detail regarding an official operation in Oran plant so far. The new plant is designed the annual rebar production capacity to 1 million tons for construction sector.
